Breakfast service centers on handcrafted breads and rustic pastries; lunch and dinner add wood-fired pizzas made with Nathan's signature 48-hour dough. Beyond serving its own customers, Milo and Olive functions as the group's central bread-baking hub, producing the bagels, bialys, country bread, baguettes and challah used across the group's other restaurants. It was selected for the MICHELIN Guide California from 2021 through 2023.
