What Mora is known for
Pastry-tool temple since 1814 — molds, rings and chocolate equipment of professional Les Halles. Gaspard Mora, a mould-maker/foreman, bought the house in the 1920s (Mora official 1924; Matfer parent timeline 1922) and the shop took his name; Matfer and Mora later split (1947 parent).
