What Moulin La Belle Huile is known for
Séverine, a former food-quality manager from a farming family, founded this mill in 2018 to press walnut and hazelnut oils and flours on the family farm. Two lines, La Belle Noix and La Moulinière, are sold alongside custom pressing and mill visits.
