What Nakamura Hamono is known for
A Nakatsu blacksmith since 1900, when founder Nakamura Eiji opened the forge, Nakamura Hamono still hand-forges kitchen knives, sickles, hoes, cleavers and pruning shears across the full smithing process. The shop beside the workshop sells the blades and also sharpens, re-handles and repairs tools.
