What On the Pig's Back is known for
Isabelle Sheridan opened this French-Irish traiteur in the English Market in 1992, stacking the counter with pates and terrines made in its Douglas kitchen alongside farmhouse cheeses and charcuterie. There is a second cafe, bistro and deli in Douglas, plus hampers, cured meats and pantry goods to take away.
