Its product line centers on two categories distinct from standard bread: savory snacks including Palitroques, cheese crackers (galletas con cuajada), coffee crackers (galletas con cafe) and tongue-shaped Lenguas cookies, alongside a range of tostadas in butter, whole wheat, fine-herb and garlic styles.
The bakery has moved beyond its original storefront to nationwide shipping and a virtual store, extending a small-town Santander bakery's reach across Colombia while keeping its original Barichara base and its emphasis on what it calls "autenticos sabores," authentic flavors.
