What Pastelería Berdún is known for
Now in its third generation, this bakery on Alcubierre's main square has made turrón and traditional pastries since 1922, roughly midway between Huesca and Zaragoza. Its almond, chocolate-praline, and marzipan turrones sit alongside caracolas and trenzas baked to the same recipes the shop opened with.
