What Petaca Chico is known for
Petaca Chico has worked wild bluefin tuna caught by the almadraba traps off Barbate for more than thirty years, curing loins into mojama and other salazones at its plant in Conil de la Frontera. It sells cuts of atún rojo de almadraba, cooked octopus and cured 'jamón del mar' tuna preserves.
