Pista House built its reputation on Hyderabadi haleem, a dish now carrying a Geographical Indication tag tracing it to the Nizam's royal kitchens. Founded in 1997 by Mohd Abdul Majeed as a small family shop, it has since grown into a global chain while keeping the slow-cooked recipe unchanged.
