What Pralifino Chocolate Workshop is known for
Pralifino hand-crafts small-format pralines of just 8-10 grams each, made with 100% cocoa butter and finely selected fillings, including sugar-free and a lactose-free chickpea-based milk chocolate. Founded in 2006 in a converted garage in Beernem, the atelier sources cocoa through the Cocoa Horizons program supporting farmer training.
