Based in Villaluenga del Rosario inside the Sierra de Grazalema, Queso Payoyo has crafted award-winning goat and sheep cheeses since 1997, taking its name from the local Payoya goat breed. A factory shop at Finca Las Hazuelas sells directly and hosts tastings and guided visits.
