What Rejina Pyo is known for
London-based womenswear label founded in 2014 by Seoul-born, Central Saint Martins-trained designer Rejina Pyo, who moved to London in 2008 and worked for Roksanda Ilincic and Christopher Raeburn before launching her own line, winning the British Emerging Talent womenswear award in 2019.
Rejina Pyo was born and raised in Seoul before moving to London in 2008 to study at Central Saint Martins. Before launching her own label in 2014, she worked for designers Roksanda Ilincic and Christopher Raeburn. Her spring/summer 2017 collection, picked up by stockists including Net-a-Porter and Shopbop, marked a turning point for the brand's visibility; the label went on to show at London Fashion Week from 2018 and won the British Emerging Talent award for womenswear in 2019. By 2020, the brand had more than 100 stockists worldwide.
