What Sabores de la Selva is known for
Sabores de la Selva has processed Amazonian chilies and fruit into sauces, jams and pulps from a small plant in Iquitos since 2018, sourcing aji charapita, aji pipi de mono and cocona from Loreto communities. Its bottled hot sauces are the company's main products, made and packed on site rather than through a contract manufacturer.
