What Sample Kobo is known for
Housed in a converted machiya in Gujo Hachiman's old town, this studio makes wax and vinyl food replicas and runs walk-in workshops where visitors mould their own tempura and lettuce. A retro gallery displays vintage samples alongside magnets, key straps and other finished pieces sold at the counter.
