What Sans Rival Cakes & Pastries (Sans Rival Bistro) is known for
Sans Rival Cakes & Pastries is a Dumaguete bakery associated with silvanas and its namesake cake. Published accounts trace the business to Trinidad Teves-Sagarbarria's small bakeshop in 1977, later continued by her family. Its pastries make this a food-shopping stop, with the current selection and collection arrangements available by direct enquiry.
