What Takumikan is known for
Takumikan occupies a three-floor building near Takayama's old town, combining a first-floor shop for its own TaKuMi craft woodware and Hida souvenirs with upper floors of Hida furniture from maker Shirakawa. Its wooden trays, vases, and accessories are also sold through the shop's Rakuten storefront for customers who can't visit in person.
