What Tosho Knife Arts is known for
Founded in 2010 by chef Olivia Go and sharpener Ivan Fonseca, Tosho Knife Arts has connected Toronto cooks with handmade Japanese knives and whetstones from makers such as Konosuke and Fujiwara. The shop at 913 Bathurst Street sells in person and worldwide, alongside sharpening services and classes.
