Andro Tomić's winery in Jelsa champions Bogdanuša, a delicate white grape grown almost nowhere outside Hvar, alongside Pošip, Plavac Mali reds and a carob-and-sage Euforija liqueur. Premium bottlings such as Veliki Plavac Mali come from limited-production magnums drawn from the island's steep southern vineyards.
