What Yoshimura Seimen is known for
A Shinkamigoto noodle workshop making Goto tenobe udon, in which each batch is drawn out by hand in the region's traditional hand-stretching method. The range runs across four labels, Kiyo, Sui, Jun and Umakaccho, sold in 200 to 250 gram bundles through the shop's own store and mail order.
