What Zlatan Otok is known for
Zlatan Plenković planted his family's Zlatan Otok vineyards on Hvar's steep, sun-baked southern slopes above Sveta Nedjelja, terraces reachable mainly by boat that grow Plavac Mali and Pošip. The winery's Zlatan Plavac bottling, aged for years before release, is widely credited with raising the international profile of Dalmatian red wine.
