Paris's oldest confectioner, sweetening the city since 1761 from the Faubourg-Montmartre shopfront that belongs to every French childhood. The recipes are traditional and deliberately unchanged since the eighteenth century — chocolate, biscuits, and regional specialties made the way memory insists they taste. Some shops sell candy; this one sells continuity.
