What Behbud Crafts is known for
This is the retail arm of the Behbud Association of Pakistan, a women-run non-profit inaugurated in 1967 that trains home-based women in hand embroidery and needlework across eleven traditional crafts. Its Islamabad outlet at F-6 Markaz sells the resulting ghararas, gowns and pouches, with proceeds funding the association's schools and healthcare programs.
