Customers pick the bean — a house blend like the Breakfast, Decoy, Kona, Italian, French, or Brazilian Espresso, or a rotating single origin — and choose the roast level, and the order ships within 72 hours of being placed, every batch fired in-house rather than pulled from standing inventory. A sister line, Berk's Beans Greens, sells unroasted green coffee to home roasters who want to do the work themselves. The Concord operation also runs a wholesale program with private-label options, books private tastings on site, and recently added a First Responders Coffee Program.
