What Bioylang is known for
On the airport road out of Moroni, Bioylang has distilled and exported ylang-ylang since 2015 on stainless-steel stills run partly on solar — a deliberate break from the wood-fired norm that costs the islands their forests. Comorian ylang, distilled like it has a future.
