What Café Kandler is known for
Café Kandler has baked in Leipzig for more than fifty years, producing the Original Bachtorte and Baumkuchen alongside its own version of the city's lark-shaped pastry, the Kandler Lerche. The confectionery runs its own cafés across the city center and stocks around sixty loose-leaf teas.
