Opened in 1937 and now in its fourth generation, Choi Yeong-hwa is a Gyeongju bakery making the city's red-bean gyeongju-ppang. Boxes of twenty or thirty pastries are wrapped fresh at the Hwango-dong shop for visitors to the old Silla capital.
