What Dolin is known for
Distilling in Chambery since 1821, Dolin produces Vermouth de Chambery, a French vermouth carrying a protected geographical indication, macerating Alpine plants in Savoie wines. The house also makes the pink Chambery strawberry aperitif Chamberyzette along with genepi and fruit liqueurs blended on site.
