Eataly Paris Marais opened on 12 April 2019 at 37 rue Sainte-Croix-de-la-Bretonnerie, in the Marais's 4th arrondissement, in partnership with the Galeries Lafayette group. The store spans more than 26,000 square feet across three floors and combines seven separate eateries with eight market counters - a butcher, baker, cheesemonger, fresh-mozzarella and fresh-pasta stations, and open-air fruit and vegetable stalls. It also holds what is described as the largest Italian wine cellar in Paris, with around 1,200 individual labels, and runs a cooking school open to the public.
