The house blend, Supergroup, sits at the entry point of the lineup; single origins and a rotating decaf fill out the rest, sold both by the bag and through a standing subscription. The shop's identity leans local in ways that go beyond the coffee itself — its merchandise line is designed by Austin street artist Cherry Panther and printed locally by Fine Southern Gentlemen on pocket tees, a small but deliberate choice to keep even the branding sourced from the same neighbourhood as the roastery. It's a minimalist operation by design: no elaborate food menu or event space competing for attention, just single-origin espresso and pour-over from named growers.
