Radio Coffee & Beer runs three Austin sites — Radio South, Radio East and Rosewood — built around a hybrid format that's rare even in a city full of genre-crossing cafés: an espresso bar and a beer bar sharing the same counter, backed by a food trailer park and a patio built for lingering rather than turning tables. The coffee side isn't outsourced — RCB Roasters is the in-house roasting operation supplying all three locations, with beans and merch also sold direct through their online store.
