What Hoferbauer is known for
The Dinauer family turned their Naturland-certified organic farm near Hemau into Hoferbauer, cold-pressing native oils and milling flours, proteins, and vinegars from their own harvests. Products are sold through the online shop and from the farm's Hofladen at Waltenhofen 3, open Tuesday and Saturday afternoons.
