What Huogongdian (火宫殿) is known for

Built around a Ming-dynasty shrine to the fire god Zhurong and rebuilt in 1826, Huogongdian grew into a warren of stalls serving Changsha's classic snacks, from stinky tofu and sugar-oil baba to sisters' rice balls. China's Ministry of Commerce named it a Time-Honored Brand in 2006, and its temple fair entered the national intangible-heritage list in 2008.
