Trading from Victoria's Independence Square for over fifty years, It-Tokk makes and sells traditional Gozitan foods including ġbejniet cheeselets, fig preserves, honey and imqaret date pastries. A second outlet sits in the Ta' Dbieġi Crafts Village at Għarb.
