Jaben has operated as a personal-audio specialist in Malaysia since 2010, building what it describes as one of the largest dedicated personal-audio retail networks in the region, with outlets across both West and East Malaysia. Rather than selling sealed boxes off a shelf, Jaben's model centers on in-store auditions: customers are invited to listen to and compare headphones, in-ear monitors, and portable amplifiers before committing to a purchase, with staff on hand to talk through the technical tradeoffs between models.
