What Kanezaki is known for
Since 1947, Kanezaki has turned Sendai's signature sasa-kamaboko fish cakes using additive-free surimi, running five directly-owned shops across Miyagi plus a dedicated sasakama museum-store at its Wakabayashi-ku headquarters. Visitors can watch craftsmen at work and order online or by mail through the company's own shop.
