In the village of Najac, Régis Najac forges the friction-folding Couteau de Paix by hand, fitting each blade with a handle of local wood, horn, bone or fossil mammoth ivory. Every piece is unique and sold from the boutique or ordered directly from the Aveyron atelier, alongside leather sheaths.
