The Ladakh Ecological Development Group runs a crafts shop from its Karzoo office in Leh, channelling woollen and pashmina goods made by 38 self-help groups scattered across remote Ladakhi villages. The NGO provides design training and a buy-back arrangement, giving the shop a genuine cooperative-to-retail structure rather than a curated resale model.
