Lilis (Dulcería Lili's)

What began as a small family confectionery in La Serena has grown into a business shipping alfajores and papaya-and-white-chocolate boxes as far as the United States, still made on the same family recipes. Papaya, the valley's local fruit, runs through the range alongside classic dulce de leche alfajores.
