What Mamiche is known for
Cécile Khayat and Victoria Effantin left marketing careers to train as bakers and opened Mamiche in Paris's 9th arrondissement in July 2017. A second shop followed in 2019 and the pair were named finalists for Veuve Clicquot's Bold Future Award.
