What Mavromatis Kumquat is known for
Family-run since 1965, Mavromatis makes Corfu kumquat liqueur, spoon sweets, marmalade, glacé fruit, ouzo and fruit liqueurs at its Skripero distillery, with production reaching about a million bottles a year. Visitors can buy at the factory and exhibition space on the Paleokastritsa road and at the dedicated retail shop at Michail Theotoki 9 in Corfu Town.
