What Meson de Candido is known for
A Castilian meson beside the Segovia aqueduct, Meson de Candido is known worldwide for cochinillo asado, roast suckling pig. An inn has stood on the site since 1786, and the Lopez family has run it as a recognized meson-museo since 1931, also selling its cochinillo and Castilian products.
