Rigodón has run in central Palencia since 1978, its founders bringing lifetimes in the trade to a shop on Avenida de Madrid making Castilian cakes, pastries and breads fresh each day in its own obrador. The counter turns seasonal with Holy Week, Christmas, All Saints' and Candlemas specialties, alongside custom tortas for celebrations.
