What Pizzelle's Confections is known for
Sisters Michelle Novosel and Caitlin Lyon opened Pizzelle's Confections in 2013, hand-making chocolates and confections they call edible art, and the shop now operates from Campus 805 after starting at Historic Lowe Mill. The business has won Small Business Administration awards in 2018 and 2023 and USA Today recognition for its chocolate.
