What Quesería Bal de Broto is known for
This cheesemaker converted a disused tile-factory-turned-house at Casa Planduviar, on the plains outside Broto near Ordesa National Park, into a raw cow's-milk cheese dairy. Several cheeses take their names from inscriptions carved by prisoners in Broto's historic stone jail.
