Why it belongs in ORBIS
Kuala Lumpur furniture shop in TTDI (formerly Second Charm) specializing in original and reproduction mid-century pieces, plus reupholstery, restoration and custom-order furniture.
Recro Furniture operates out of Lorong Rahim Kajai 13 in Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI), Kuala Lumpur, and is the rebranded continuation of what was previously known as Second Charm, which began as a secondhand/thrift furniture operation before evolving into a more curated business. The shop's focus is mid-century furniture from the 1950s and 60s, sold both as sourced originals and as reproductions. Beyond retail, Recro offers reupholstery and restoration services and takes custom furniture orders. The business is currently led by Aisha Shaharuddin.
