What Romeo Viganotti is known for
Working from Vico dei Castagna since 1866, this chocolate workshop still tempers and moulds by hand using original equipment, alongside a small patisserie and artisan gelato. A second location on Salita del Prione runs the cafe and gelateria side of the business.
