Sartoria Ripense is a bespoke menswear atelier on Via di Ripetta in Rome, close to Piazza del Popolo, opened in 2000 by tailor Andrea Luparelli. Luparelli has said his interest in tailoring began in childhood, watching his grandfather - also a tailor - work. The atelier offers bespoke suits and made-to-order clothing built from scratch for each client, deliberately without a made-to-measure line. Beyond suits, Sartoria Ripense also makes raincoats, suede jackets, ties, pocket squares, shirts and leather travel bags, often working with vintage or archival fabrics.
