What Schalk Mühle is known for
The Schalk family presses organic Styrian pumpkin-seed oil (PGI) at their mill in Ilz, roasting the seeds over a wood fire and grinding them on a stone mill as they have since 1950. Their online shop also carries seeds, legumes and protein powders from the farm.
