What you’ll find
What Sofs Castanhas is known for
Sofis Indústria e Comércio de Castanhas do Nordeste roasts and packs its own cashews in Aquiraz, on the coast just southeast of Fortaleza. The operation processes rather than resells, emphasizing artisanal roasting to preserve the nut's natural flavor.
