What Souktana Saffron Cooperative is known for
Founded in 1979, Souktana is a farmer cooperative of more than 150 growers in Taliouine, Morocco's saffron-growing region, selling hand-picked saffron threads, honey, and tea worldwide from its cooperative storefront on the N10. The co-op has represented Taliouine saffron internationally, including at the Salon International de l'Agriculture in Paris.
